Regenerative Treatments in Beverly Hills

Regenerative aesthetics is the part of the practice that interests Dr. Donlan most. Instead of adding something foreign, these treatments ask your own tissue to repair itself. They work slowly, they stack well with lasers and microneedling, and the evidence behind each one is different, which we will walk you through honestly.

PRP (platelet-rich plasma)

We draw a small amount of your blood, spin it to concentrate the platelets, and inject or apply the result where you want repair. Used under the eyes, in the scalp and after microneedling. The evidence is strongest for hair and skin texture.

Exosomes

Lab-derived signaling particles applied after a laser or microneedling session. They speed healing and appear to improve the quality of the result. We use them as an add-on, not as a stand-alone treatment, and we will say so if they are not worth the cost for you.

NAD+ injections

A coenzyme involved in cellular energy and repair that declines with age. Injectable NAD+ is offered for people interested in the longevity side of the practice. Read Dr. Donlan’s note on what it does and does not do before booking.

Peptide therapy

Physician-prescribed, pharmaceutical-grade, never sourced online. Peptides are managed through Donlan Medical, Dr. Donlan’s concierge practice, because they need lab work and ongoing oversight.

Curious whether regenerative treatments are worth it for you?

Book a consultation. Dr. Donlan will examine your skin, listen to what is bothering you, and recommend a plan. Sometimes that plan is one treatment. Sometimes it is no treatment yet.
